Removal of waste by occupier, etc

(1) Any CFZ business or occupier who deposits any of the materials mentioned in Part A of the Schedule, or of a like nature, shall within seven days of such deposit cause such material to be removed by the company contracted by the CFZMA to provide the service of garbage removal from the CFZ, at a cost to be negotiated with the said company. (2) Where it has been brought to the notice of the CFZMA that any material mentioned in Part A of the Schedule has been deposited in front of any premises within the CFZ, the CFZMA shall, in writing, require the occupier or CFZ business concerned to remove such material therefrom within such time as may be given by the CFZMA.
