Payment for collection of refuse

(1) Payment for the collection of refuse shall be made on or before the fifth day of each succeeding month by each CFZ business or occupier, to the CFZMA. (2) The rate of payment for the collection of refuse shall be based on the categories of CFZ businesses as specified in Part B of the Schedule. (3) The categories of CFZ businesses shall be as defined in Part C of the Schedule. (4) The payment for collection of refuse under this regulation shall be subject to review every two years hereafter and may be revised accordingly.
