Interpretation

(1) In these Regulations, “occupier” means a tenant, landlord or other person for the time being in occupation of any premises within the Commercial Free Zone (CFZ); “refuse” includes all commercial, industrial and other waste or discarded products or substances produced in and by activities carried on in the CFZ but does not include anything contained in Part A of the Schedule; “Schedule” means the Schedule to these Regulations. (2) The words and expressions used in these Regulations shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Commercial Free Zone Act.
