Penalty and recovery of arrears

Any CFZ business or occupier who contravenes any of the provisions of these Regulations commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars and, in addition, in the case of failure to pay any sum due to the CFZMA under these Regulations, such sum shall be ordered by the court to be paid to the CFZMA by the CFZ business or occupier so found guilty within such time as the court may allow.
