Conduct of election

(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for holding the election and making all administrative arrangements in connection therewith, including the recruitment of support personnel and procuring all necessary materials. (2) The Chief Executive Officer shall arrange for the printing of ballot papers as well as for acquiring other voting tools. (3) The election shall be by secret ballot. (4) Only representatives of CFZ developers and CFZ businesses whose names appear on the Voters’ list shall be allowed to enter the voting venue and all such representatives shall carry duly authenticated authorizations. (5) There shall be no public address by the candidates or any other member of the public on the day of, and during, the voting. Any infringement of this rule may result in the immediate removal of that person from the voting venue and the vicinity. (6) Any person displaying disorderly behaviour shall be removed from the voting venue.
