Frequency and notification of election

(1) The election shall be held once in every two years provided that the retiring members of the Board shall continue to act as such members until the election of new members has taken place, which election shall be held as soon as possible after the expiration of the term of office of the retiring members but no later than 21 days after such expiration. (4) The notice issued pursuant to paragraph (3) above shall contain the following information– (i) The venue for the election. (ii) The date and time. (iii) The opening and closing hours for voting. (iv) The presiding body. (v) The positions open for election.
