Certificate of Compliance

(1) After all information and documents have been furnished and all fees paid, the CEO shall determine an application for a Certificate of Compliance within 15 working days. Free Zones 29 (2) The owner of a CFZ business shall be required to sign an Operations Contract in the form set out in the Fourth Schedule to these Regulations, undertaking to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force in Belize as well as the rules and regulations of the CFZ regime. (3) Where a Certificate of Compliance is granted to a CFZ business, it shall be in the form of the Fifth Schedule.
