Commencement of Act No. 26 of 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 34 of the Free Zones Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, RALPH H. FONSECA, Minister responsible for Commercial Free Zones, do hereby appoint the 1st day of July, 2005 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force. MADE this 30th day of June, 2005.
