Repeals and savings

(1) The Commercial Free Zone Act, 1994, Revised Edition 2000 is repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Act– (a) all rules, regulations and orders made thereunder shall continue in force insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and until repealed and replaced by rules, regulations and orders made under this Act; and (b) Ever license, certificate, permit or other document issued under the said Act shall, in so far as the same is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or regulations continue to be in force for such period and subject to such terms and conditions as are stated therein.
