Regulations

(1) The NFZA may, by a two-thirds majority, make regulations for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act. and for prescribing anything that needs to be prescribed under this Act. (2) Any regulations made by the NFZA under this section shall be placed before the National Assembly through the Minister as soon as may be after the making thereof and shall be subject to negative resolution.
