Commencement of Act No. 10 of 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 8 of the Stake Bank Cruise Docking Facility Development Act as amended by the State Bank Cruise Docking Facility Development (Amendment) Act, 2017, I, DEAN O. BARROW, Minister responsible for Finance, do hereby Stake Bank Cruise Docking Facility Development [CAP. 278:02 5 appoint the 24th day of January, 2018, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
