Cruise Port Development Fee

(1) There shall be paid by all cruise ship passengers entering and leaving Belize at the Facility a Cruise Port Development Fee which shall be shared between the Developer and the Government of Belize. fee. (2) The amount of the Cruise Ship Port Development Fee, the method of its collection and the ratio of its distribution between the Developer and the Government shall be pre- scribed by the Minister by regulations made under this Act.
