Cargo dues

(1) The Developer shall be entitled to collect cargo dues from all cruise ships and other vessels calling at the Facility. (2) The term ‘cargo dues’ referred to sub-section (1), shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Belize Port Authority (Tariff) Regulations, as amended from time to time.
