Penalty

Citrus (Processing And Production) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

Any person who fails to make good the expenses incurred by the Association in carrying out the advice of the Board shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in Section 17 (2) of the Act.
