Board to advise

The Board shall, on receipt of any matter referred to it in terms of Regulation 2, satisfying itself upon the report of any specialist or otherwise, advise the Association on the action to be taken to ensure the eradication or the abatement of the pest, parasite disease or infection concerned. 40/1978.
