Referral to Board

Citrus (Processing And Production) Regulations, reg. 2 · Revised Edition 2020

Whenever the Association is of the opinion that there are reasonable grounds to suspect harm or injury from any pest, parasite disease or infection to the citrus cultivation in any area, the Association shall, without delay, refer the matter to the Board for its advice. 40/1978.
