Processors’ returns

(1) Every processor shall, not later than two months after the end of each year of operation, make a return to the Board in such form as may be prescribed by the Board, giving such information as may be required by the Board. REVISD EDITION 2020 Printed by Authority of the Government of Belize 8 (2) Every processor shall, not later than two months before the beginning of each year of operation, make a return to the Board setting out his estimate of the number of contract boxes of citrus required by him during the year of operation next ensuing. (3) Any processor who fails to comply with the provisions of this section commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
