Rules

(1) Subject to this Act, the Association in general meeting may make rules for, (a) prescribing the rights and privileges and for regulating the admission and removal of members of the Association; (b) regulating the use of the facilities of the Association by members of the Association and by the public; (c) prescribing the entrance fees and annual subscriptions to be paid by members of the (d) prescribing the fees to be charged by the Association for any of the services specified in section 21 of this Act. (2) Until rules are made by the Association under subsection (1) of this section, the rules of the British Honduras Citrus Growers’ Association in force immediately prior to the date of the commencement of this Act shall continue in force except in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
