Register of membership

(1) The Committee shall keep, in such form as the Board may prescribe, a register containing in respect of each member of the Association particulars of, (a) his full name and address; (b) the acreage and location of the lands in his possession or control on which citrus is being produced; (c) the number of acres under cultivation with citrus, distinguishing between species of citrus and the varieties thereof; and (d) such other particulars as the Board may from time to time direct. (2) The register shall be open to inspection during normal office hours by any member of the Association or of the Board.
