Meetings and quorum of the Board

(1) The Board shall hold meetings for the transaction of its business at such time and place and upon such days as the Chairperson may determine from time to time. (2) The Chairperson may, at any time and shall, within seven days of the receipt of a requisition for that purpose addressed to him by any three members, call a special meeting (3) The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings at which he is present and in his absence the members present shall elect one of their number to preside at that meeting. (5) The Board, with the approval of the Minister, may make standing orders for regulating its proceedings and may from time to time alter or amend the same.
