Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Council; “Council” means the Belize National Tourism Council duly constituted and established under section 3 of this Act; “member” means a member of the Council; “Minister” means the Minister for the time being responsible for Tourism, and the word “Ministry” shall be construed accordingly. etc., of the Council
