Licences

(1) A licence issued by the Committee under these Regulations– (a) shall be an annual licence expiring one year after the date of its initial issue; (b) shall be issued upon payment to the Board of the requisite fee in respect of the vessel as set out in Schedule III; Schedule III. (c) shall not cover work permits, accommodation tax, customs duties or other charges and imposts; (d) shall be in the form set out in Schedule II; Schedule II. (e) shall, unless revoked by the Committee for just cause, be renewable by the Committee upon payment to the Board by the applicant of the fee referred to in paragraph (b); (f) may be issued subject to conditions, and may be revoked by the Committee if the licence holder contravenes any term or condition set out in the licence; (g) shall be non-transferable and non-assignable; and (h) shall require the licence holder to observe standards which may be required by the Port Authority and the Committee from time to time. 46 (2) A licence granted under these Regulations may be renewed for further periods of one year on compliance with subregulation (1).
