Operators to be licenced

(1) Any individual, company or entity referred to in regulation 3 who or which is desirous of operating a local water passenger vessel or a local water sports vessel shall complete and submit an application form to the Committee in the form set out in Schedule I. licensed. Schedule I. (2) When making an application under subregulation (1), the applicant shall pay to the Board a non-refundable application fee of twenty-five dollars.
