Duties and functions of the Committee

The functions of the Committee shall be to– (a) receive and determine applications for licences under these Regulations; (b) provide advisory and information services to (c) assist licence holders in any matters affecting the discharge of their functions; (d) perform any other function for the better carrying out of the provisions of these Regulations; 7 (e) make recommendations to the Board regarding the recognition of local tour guide associations.
