Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Board” means the Belize Tourism Board established in accordance with this Act; “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Board; “Deputy Chairperson” means the Deputy Chairperson of the “hotel” has the meaning assigned to it by the Hotels and Tourist Accommodation Act, Cap.285; “member” includes the Chairperson and the Deputy “Minister” means the Minister responsible for Tourism. 6 Powers and Functions, etc., of the Board
