Forfeiture

Whenever a bond becomes forfeited, it shall be sued upon by the Attorney General, and if any person is damnified by the non-observance of any of the provisions of this Act, such person shall have a primary lien on any moneys so recovered, the amount of such damage being assessed before a judge summarily in chambers.
