Commission

Every auctioneer licensed under this Act shall in the absence of any special agreement for a smaller percentage, be entitled to charge in respect of sales not exceeding in the whole the sum of fifty dollars a commission not exceeding ten per centum for the first fifty dollars and five per centum for all above the first fifty dollars.
