Outsourcing of core income generated activities

(1) An included entity shall not outsource any of its core income generating activities outside of Belize. (2) An included entity may outsource any of its core income generating activity conducted in Belize to a managing agent on the condition that– (a) the included entity is able to demonstrate adequate supervision and control of the managing agent in respect of such outsourced (b) the resources of the managing agent conducting outsourced core generating activities in Belize on behalf of the included entity shall not be counted multiple times in respect of outsourced core income generating activities services to multiple (c) the managing agent shall report to the competent authority on an annual basis in Form A prescribed in the Schedule.
