Reporting requirement

(1) An entity shall comply with reporting requirements. (2) Reporting under this Act shall be carried out within nine months of the end of a fiscal year in the following manner– (a) in the case of an included entity, Form B Form B. Schedule. prescribed in the Schedule is to be completed by the included entity; (b) in the case of an included entity that is a Form C. Schedule. holding company, Form C prescribed in the Schedule is to be completed by the holding company; (c) in the case of a non-included entity, Form D prescribed the Schedule is to be completed by the non-included entity. Form D. Schedule. (3) An entity which fails to report to the competent authority in accordance with this section contravenes this Act and is liable to an administrative penalty or removal from the relevant Register of International Business Companies pursuant to section 107 of the International Business Companies Act or to the revocation of licence issued pursuant to the International Financial Services Commission Act.
