Registered agent to retain share certificate

Trust And Company Service Providers (Best Practices) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020

A registered agent shall at all times retain physical possession of the bearer shares certificate, whether he deals directly with the end-user customer or with a professional intermediary to retain physical possession of Registers.
