Trust And Company Service Providers (Best Practices) Regulations, reg. 34 · Revised Edition 2020

Nothing contained in these Regulations shall be construed as affecting the liability of an IFS Practitioner or any other person for conduct which amounts to a crime under the Act or any other law.
