Breach and penalties

(1) A breach by an IFS Practitioner of any of the provisions of these Regulations constitutes professional misconduct and an IFS Practitioner who commits such a breach shall be liable to any of the penalties or disciplinary action which the Commission may impose as set out in the Third Schedule to these Regulations. Third Schedule. (2) The procedure for hearing complaints for any breach of the provisions of these Regulations shall be as set out in the Third Schedule to these Regulations. CAP. 272.
