Clients acting on behalf of a third party or as a trustee

Nothing in these Regulations shall deter an IFS Practitioner from making reasonable inquiries about transactions passing through clients’ accounts that give cause for concern, or from reporting those transactions if any suspicions cannot be satisfied.
