Section 3

(1) Except as otherwise provided in the International Insurance Act and the Mutual Funds Act, and the Regulations made under those Acts, any person who intends to provide, carry on, transact or hold himself out as providing, carrying on, or transacting any of the international financial services in or from within Belize shall apply to the Director-General of the Application for licence.
