In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 29 of the International Financial Services Commission Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, RALPH FONSECA, Minister of Budget Planning and Management, Economic Development, Investment and Trade, do hereby appoint the 1st day of July, 1999, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
