Documents and records to be produced on demand

(1) A managing agent shall produce its licence on demand by an officer of the Commission. (2) An officer of the Commission shall have power to do all things necessary for verification of compliance with this Act, regulations and other laws during an onsite inspection of an IFS practitioner or a managing agent.
