Director General to refer certain matters to Commission

In discharging duties or exercising powers imposed or conferred upon him by this Act, the Director General shall refer to the Commission– (a) all matters coming to his notice or attention which fall to be dealt with by the Commission pursuant to this Act or any other law; and (b) all matters which require a policy decision.
