Application for Minister’s consent

An application for the consent of the Minister for the incorporation of a protected cell company or for the conversion of an existing company into a protected cell company, as required by section 9 of the Act, shall be made in the form of Schedule I and shall be accompanied by such fee as is prescribed in Schedule VI.
