Interpretation

(1) In these RegulationsCAP. 271. “the Act” means the Protected Cell Companies Act; “the Commission” means the International Financial Services Commission established under the International Financial Services Commission Act; CAP. 272. “dollar” or “$” means dollar in the currency of the United States of America; “Schedules” means Schedules to these Regulations. CAP. 271. (2) Other words and expressions used herein shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
