Appointment of Registrar

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 2 A of the Protected Cell Companies Act, Chapter 271 of the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000 (as amended by Act No. 25 of 2000) and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, DEAN O. BARROW, Minister responsible for International Financial Services, do here by appoint the Director General, International Financial Services Commission, ex officio, as the Registrar of Protected Cell Companies.
