Protected Cell Companies Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 29 of the Protected Cell Companies Act I, RALPH FONSECA,
Minister responsible for International Financial Services, do hereby appoint the 1st day of July, 1999, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
MADE by the Minister responsible for International Financial Services this 17th day of June, 1999.
