Application for consent of Minister

An application for the consent of the Minister for the incorporation of a company as a protected cell company, or for the conversion of an existing company into a protected cell (a) shall be made to the Minister in such form and manner, and shall be accompanied by such documents and information, verified in such manner, as the Minister may require, whether in relation to the application or otherwise; and (b) shall be accompanied by such fee as prescribed by this Act or by Regulations.
