Variation of licence fee

(1) The licence fee prescribed in section 114(1)(a) of the Act is hereby varied to $150 if the authorized capital does not exceed $50,000 and all its shares have par value. (2) The licence fee prescribed in section 114(2) of the Act is hereby varied to increases by 50 per cent.
