Bearer shares prohibited

A company shall not issue bearer share, convert registered shares to bearer shares nor exchange registered shares for bearer shares, and every company who contravenes this provision commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $5,000.00 for each day of such failure to comply.
