Interpretation

(1) In these RegulationsCAP. 270:01. “the Act” means the International Limited Liability Companies Act; CAP. 272. “the Commission” means the International Financial Services Commission established under the International Financial Services Commission Act; “dollar” or “$” means dollar in the currency of the United States of America; “Registrar” means the Registrar of international limited liability companies; “Schedules” means the Schedules to these Regulations.
