Effective date of departure

Upon payment of all fees outstanding in Belize and upon proper compliance with this Act and applicable laws for transfer of domicile to the foreign jurisdiction, the Registrar shall issue a certificate of departure. As of the date of such certificate of departure, such limited liability company shall be deemed to have ceased to be a limited liability company domiciled in Belize
