Departure from Belize

Any limited liability company registered, formed, organised, created, or otherwise existing under or subject to this Act may become re-domiciled in any foreign jurisdiction upon compliance with this Act and the laws of the jurisdiction into which the limited liability company seeks to become re- domiciled.
