Interpretation in this Part

As used in this Part and in section 94 of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the term, “foreign domicile” means a jurisdiction other than Belize in which a limited liability company has been registered under applicable law and maintains a registered office; “articles of organisation” means such document filed in the foreign domicile that serves the same purposes as do articles of organisation in Belize.
