Articles of termination

(1) After dissolution and completion of winding up of the limited liability company pursuant to this Part, the limited liability company shall file articles of termination with the Registrar in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of this Act. (2) The articles of termination shall set forth, (a) the name of the limited liability company; (b) the date on which its articles of organisation, and all amendments thereto, were filed with (c) the name and address of each of its managers or such other person having authority to wind up the limited liability company’s business and affairs.
