Succession committee rules
Cap. 270:01, s. 69 · Revised Edition 2020
Subject to the provisions of an operating agreement, the manager shall, prior to, or contemporaneously with the creation of the succession committee, adopt written rules governing the business of the succession committee. These rules may include any matter necessary or incidental to the conduct of the business of the succession committee.
